This is the tough part...!
This is the part of marketing that most marketing companies don't mention ... they don't tell you that effective marketing is a lot of hard work that you probably don't want to do.

Active Marketing definition:
Active marketing engages with, invites and rewards real people personally, to visit your business, try your products and buy your products.
 
 
...now think human:
If you started a new business would you simply open your office door and just hope passers by walk in and buy your products?   (Yes, some business owners really do!)
 
Or do you think that organising a launch promo event, advertising it on your social media and (most important) personally inviting people to attend (through a WhatsApp group for example), might work better?

 
 
So what is Active Marketing?
Active marketing is all about dealing directly with people; finding ways to communicate with them and interact with them.
 
Active marketing is about creating reasons to invite people to visit, buy from and return to your business.

 
 
Sounds like all this will cost money!!
Well, let's take a product promotion as an example. The ideal product promotion sets up a 2-way street between you and a supplier. He supplies some product for a reduced price (often for free!), and you supply the promo event ... along with a mountain of marketing exposure.
 
So yes, active marketing does cost money and does need a lot of effort, but do it right and it's time & money well spent.
